It has been an incredible honor to serve as your Property Appraiser for the past 100 days. I’m so proud of what we’ve already accomplished as a team, and I’m excited to share some of those highlights with you in the very first edition of the Downs Property Digest!

From day one, my promise was to bring transparency, modern technology, and strong communication to our office. I’m proud to report that in just a few short months, we’ve made significant strides:
